Mystery Box Sales
All mystery box sales are final. Due to the nature of mystery boxes, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the contents of your box.
By purchasing a mystery box, you acknowledge that the contents are random and may not meet your specific expectations.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of any damaged items
- Your order number
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a partial refund or replacement at our discretion.
Lost Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look in safe places around your delivery area
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- If still not found, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
