We're sorry if your order was damaged in transit! Please submit a return request within 14 days of delivery at our Returns & Help page (/help/returns) with photos of the damage. When you subscribe, you'll automatically receive a mystery box each month. Your card is charged on the same date each month and a new box is shipped within 1-3 business days of each charge. You can manage your subscription (pause, cancel, or update payment) through your account.
