Mystery Box Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature of mystery boxes, all sales are final. However, we make exceptions for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please submit a request below and we'll make it right.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery (or 30 days from order date if no delivery date is available).
